How long will it take to receive my order and do you ship internationally?
Please expect 1.5-3 weeks for processing time and 1-3 weeks for shipping times. Shipping times depend on where you live, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. For more shipping information, please read my shipping policy.
If you are needing your order in a shorter time frame, I do have the option to add "Rush My Order" to your checkout (found on products page). You can also select an express shipping method at checkout.
I currently only ship orders to Canada, USA, and Australia. Thanks for your understanding.
What are your updates for shipping to the USA?
As of recent changes to U.S. import and shipping regulations, updated de minimis rules now affect how duties and taxes are applied to packages shipped from Canada to the United States.
At Antonella Artistry, I always do my best to stay informed and up to date with the latest policies and shipping requirements. My goal is to ensure that all U.S. customers continue to receive the fairest and most transparent shipping costs possible.
Please note that any new duties are automatically calculated and applied at checkout — these fees are out of my control and are determined by the carrier and U.S. Customs.
While I do my best to keep all costs clear and upfront, Antonella Artistry is not responsible for any additional or surprise fees that may be issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or your courier upon delivery.

Can I customize the colour of my base?
Yes! By default I use a neutral pink base for my sets. If you prefer more of a neutral toned base, or a stronger pink toned base, please specify this in the comment box on the order page.
What comes in a nail prep/application kit?
Each presson set order include a nail kit. ex. If you order 2 sets, you will receive 2 nail prep/application kits.
Individual presson application and prep kits are available for purchase as well!

How do I apply and remove my press ons?
Each order contains a "How to apply" and "How to remove" instruction card.

I received my order but the nails are not the right fit / sizing to my nail. What should I do?
I do offer replacement nails for sale if nails do not fit. However, due to the nature of the product being handmade, sizing discrepancies fall under the buyers responsibility. Please reach out to me via instagram DM or email prior to purchase so I know which nail(s) needs to be replaced. If you are uncertain about sizing, please reach out to me and I will do my best to assist you. Sizing kits are available for purchase to ensure the most accurate sizing.
Can I reuse the same press on set more than once? and if so, how many uses can I get out of (1) set?
Yes! My press on nails are durable and of high quality, they can be reused more than once if handled carefully. To ensure longer wear or more than one use, avoid using harsh chemicals on your hands without gloves, and remove press on nails safely and carefully to avoid damage, also refrain from using your nails as tools. If you use sticky tabs, the nails can be reused multiple times. If you use nail glue and soak off your nails properly, press ons can be reused 2-4 times by buffing off the remaining glue residue underneath the presson. If you have a nail break and would like to order a replacement, please rech out to me directly so I may assist you :)
What happens if the packaging is damaged upon delivery?
Once a package is shipped it is out of my control. I am not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. this includes any factors that could be interfering with delivery on the buyers end (incorrect address entered, unsuccessful deliveries due to access restrictions, returning to sender, delays from postal services, etc.) However, please message me related to lost packages and I will try my best to assist you.
What happens if the product / kit is damaged upon delivery?
I am not liable or responsible for the package or its contents once the package has been shipped. Please check to make sure if the package contents are truly damaged. If this happens to you please reach out to me and I will do my best to assist you. I would also suggest reaching out to your shipping courier.
Can I get a refund on my nails if the design is not exactly what I had in mind?
Please keep in mind that every order is handmade, made to order, and made with love; and so all orders may not look identical to each other. I do not offer refunds once your order is made and shipped. If for some reason I need to make a change to your design on a pre chosen set (ex. out of stock for a certain charm) I will reach out to you prior to making the order to work with you to figure out a solution that you are happy with. If you ordered a custom or freestyle set, I will be communicating with you during my process to ensure you are happy with the nails before I ship them to you. For custom orders I encourage customers to share inspiration pictures with me and a detailed description of how they want their presson set to look.
